Jätkäsaari is a growing and peaceful neighbourhood near the sea and 5 minutes from the center by tram. There are two small grocery stores right next to the apartment.

The room is fully furnished with a desk, couch and a tv and a plenty of closet space. The rent is 412 per month including water, electricity and wifi.
