Has anyone gotten response from FDA?

I read about Florence Design Academy here, and I realized some of the meme era here gradu from the school. But my question is, how did you manage to get information and contact the school directly?

I have sent several messages without any reply from the school; I called the telephone line and a lady spoke to me that she will direct the person in charge of email to check, but no response still. I called again and the person at the other side of the line spoke Italian, and I told her I can only speak English, alas! She disconnected the call. I tried the number again and my call was diverted to answering machine. (Which sounds rude and embarrassing to me)

Honestly,the more I try to learn about the school, the more I have bad impression about the school. As much as I would like to study in the school, the way the school manages its contact service line is poor and it makes me nervous.

If you live in Florence or you are having the same issue with the school or you have the idea of how we could unravel this mystery, please let us hear from you. This will save a lot of future problems.

Mason, try and call them in the telephone, you may be lucky.

Mila, thank you for your response. By the way, are you are student or ex-student of the school? I could see you are always helping people with inquiry about the college which I appreciate. I have sent numerous messages without any response.

Even public universities and more recognized privates schools across the world that receive thousands of messages reply within a week or two, but FDA never replied. This is baffling me, coupled with the issue of verifying their accreditation.
