18 year old girl, looking for accommodation close to UT in Enschede

I am an organised, quiet, but sociable person. I need a room in an apartment shared with other students, or just a private one. I will be a first year student at the University of Twente, so I need a stable long term place to stay for the course of the first year.
The room has to be fursnished, clean and everything from gas to electricity has to be included in the price. It would also be nice if it was close to the uni (like a 10-15min bike ride).
