Furnished double room in large sociable flat in Sadaf 1, available 1st July - August 15th. Minimum rental 3 weeks. 

The room is a large double with shared bathroom and sea view, for 5500AED. The bathroom is shared with 1 other room (a male). It has a sea view, large built in wadrobes and king size bed. A parking space is avaliable at extra cost. 

The apartment is 2 mins walk from the tram stop; 10mins walk from DAMAC Properties metro station; 15mins walk from Marina mall; 10mins walk from the beach. Rent includes access to the gym downstairs and 5 swimming pools.

Other flatmates are English and German, 1 girl and 2 boys, aged 23-26. We are all sociable and hang out together on the weekends but also work hard during the week.
