Two 18 year-old guys looking for accomodation near the university of Debrecen

Both my flatmate and I are coming to study at the University of Debrecen this fall. We will be arriving in Debrecen at the 1st of September.
We would like to find a quiet flat with two bedrooms and a shared kitchen and living room. The maximum price that we can afford is 200 euros each (400 both) preferably including bills and taxes.
