Our company Cara International has been placing Au Pairs/ Nannies in Ireland for 20 years. We host self-employed interns on Erasmus funding. Interns are trained to become agency reps, which can be continued as a part-time job in their future. To avoid the hassle of finding accommodation the company provides accommodation consisting own double room, two shower rooms and an intern sitting room. We host two interns at a time for a minimum of three months. The intern will gain experience in the home office with flexible hours to allow you to travel and see Ireland.  Tasks will include

• Human Resource-Matching Au Pair and Family files.
• Sourcing and assisting Au Pairs as an international rep and getting paid a commission for each applicant placed.
• Translating website
• Marketing
• Daily administration
• Conducting interviews and compliance checks
• We accept all EU nationalities and languages.
• This is an opportunity to set up your own international business from home.
• We welcome interns for three months stay.
• We will also consider remote working interns
