Beautiful Sunny room for rent in Central Cádiz. 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes from City Hall Plaza.
The apartment has high ceilings and large windows facing South with lots of sunshine all year round. Quiet neighborhood.
The building has been renovated recently and has an elevator, terrace with views to the Ocean and Campo del Sur. Five minute walk to the Cathedral. Train and bus station 10 minute walk. Two bus stops nearby. Neighborhood shops and market.
I am an artist and work part time at home. I have two cute cats. I prefer a quiet and independent roommate. I am a great cook! Pastas and salads are my favourite. No drinking or partying permitted. Applicant Must be clean and tidy and take care of room and shared spaces.
Playa de Santa María del Mar is a five minute walk from here and is one of the most beautiful beaches in Cádiz and not as crowded as the popular Victoria or Caleta Beach.
I speak fluent English, Spanish and am studying Italian.
