One of the most important things about student life is nightlife. After long days of classes, work or travelling, everyone wants to relax and have some fun. In Bydgoszcz going out at the weekend is very popular - on Friday and Saturday nights, you’ll see the city center full of people. Students however, tend to have some parties during the week, as some of them go home for the weekend. Here we’re going to talk about the best places for students.

  • Savoy:already on the website, https://erasmusu.com/en/erasmus-bydgoszcz/erasmus-party/savoy-club-4121#p280815

  • Kubryk: If you want to party with other Erasmus students, Kubryk pub is probably the best choice. There are Erasmus parties on Thursdays. The pub has two floors, the lower one is more like a club than a pub with a great dance floor in the middle. You can also go there for live music concerts, sport events which you can watch on the big screens in both the pub garden and inside (16 screens in total, you can watch a whole round of Champions League matches in here) or karaoke nights. Cheap beers - the student beer “Specjal” costs only 5 PLN. You can order pizza as well. Address: 3 Podwale Street. A similar place: Jack pub, 65 Długa Street - student beer on Mondays for only 1.99 PLN!

  • Soda Club & Lounge Bar: posh/fancy club in the center ( 4 Mostowa Street).

  • Metro Club: club at 62 Długa Street with parties on Friday and Saturday nights. On Saturdays entry before 10pm is for free for girls and students. Dance and pop music.

  • PRL: a pub place that gives off a PRL vibe - Polish People's Republic - thanks to the décor similar to that of a dark period of Polish history after WWII, when the country was under communist control. Right at the Old Market Square. Good place to start your night out. Beer 0,5l - 5 PLN, vodka 40ml - 5 PLN. You can also try some traditional appetizers Polish people typically eat when drinking vodka, such as tatar, galart or ogórek kiszony.

  • Mózg:a club which is famous not only in Bydgoszcz. Alternative atmosphere, a prominent place within the city, full of good, independent music and art. You can find more information in the festivals section.....

  • Towarzyska Kafe: club and cafe with a modern vibe. Especially popular during the weekend, when there are live concerts (usually electronic music: techno, house and deephouse - it’s a very good place to see the leaders of the Polish electronic scene). Located in an old building, combining both art deco furniture (some of them are for sale!) and modern/hipster elements in a Scandinavian style. Prices are a little bit higher than in other places. Address: 12 Poznańska Street.
