UBA student looking for accommodation

Postgraduate student looking for a room. I will be attending classes at Paseo Colón, so an apartment within the area or in Recoleta would be nice. 

I am a respectful, considerate and thoughtful roomate. I like having fun but will also be focused on studying and working out.

I do not mind some partying as long as it is not everyday of the week. Probably older or full time students would be a better match.
