Girl student and boy student looking for accommodation in Belgrano/Palermo

We are looking for a place with shared areas like the kitchen. Also, we seek a student residence with Wi-Fi, heating system, warm water. We'll start the CBC to enter UBA. We are preferably looking for two individual rooms or a double room with a private bathroom. We are 18 and 19 years old and we come from Lima, Peru. We are very focused with our study sessions and related activities. Moreover, our hobbies aren't disruptive and we tend to not stay up that late. We also would like to be near the bus stops or a metro station.
