It is suitable for two people in separate rooms. Very nice and sunny, with lovely liveable spaces in the apartement. The location is perfect if you want to live close enough to the center. You can take the metro, to get within minutes to Oktogon -  from there you will find lots and lots of shops, and restaurants, coffee shops theathers, night life, and a buch of outdoor places. If you choose to walk you can get there in 10-12 minutes.

It is also close enough to grocery shops, pharmacys..etc.

If you take the metro to the other direction you will reach the City Park, with the famous Széchelyi spa, and a lot other outdoor activity.

I look for tenants whom would be rented the flat for minimum 10 months.
