20 year old guy, looking for accomodation near University of Bucharest for 5 months time

I am a 20 year old student from Lithuania, arriving to Bucharest via the Erasmus change programme in 2018 February and will stay there until mid 2018 June. I am looking for a place to stay  for those 5 months. I am a simple, tidy, nice, active guy. I do not smoke, do not drink, I play basketball and do other sports. I study a lot, but i also like to chat and communicate with others. I like to cook, to keep my envirnoment clean and neat, so for you it will be a pleasure to live with me !  I would prefer living somewhere near University of Bucharest, near the faculty of Political science, but any accomodation would be great ! maximum price would be 200-250 euros.
