Double room in new student house near Universities VUB-ULB

Recently renovated student house with international spirit ! Located between two universities ULB and VUB

It is a big double room of 35 m²to share with a friend or another student of the same gender we search. Room has double furniture (two beds, two closets, two desks,....and private bathroom and toilet to share in the room.

Kitchen is in common and cleaned 2X a week. Each student has his own locker and shelf in the fridge.

A lot of other facilities are in the house available and included in the price: water, internet access ,studying room with computers, electricity, use of cloth dryer ...

Price is per person in a double room. Supplementary:80 euro per month per person for all bills and services.(water, fire insurance, gas, electricity, internet, cleaning kitchen,...)

Possible bookings

First semester: 6 months contract (august- end of january)

Second semester: 6 months contract (February-end of July)

Academic year:12 month contract: september- end of august

Rental price will be 390 euro for a 12 months contract + 80 euro bills
