Chambre colocation Saint Guidon libre le 1/02

Je libère ma chambre le 1/02 dans une coloc très sympa, située à 3min du métro Saint-Guidon ( 15min du centre de Bruxelles en métro). Je cherche donc quelqu'un pour rejoindre la coloc!

On cherche plutôt des 18-24 ans: etudiants, stagiaires, Erasmus, pour un bail qui commencerait le 1/02, jusqu'au 15 août minimum

-maison de 7 personnes, 5 étudiants et 1 jeune travailleuse

-485€ toutes charges comprises: eau, électricité, chauffage, Wifi 

-une chambre privée d'environ 15m2, MEUBLEE, au 2e étage

--> sdb/toilette à partager à 2

--> 2 grandes fenêtres, 1 bureau, 1 lit double, 1 armoire, 1 meuble de rangement, 1 chaise

-3 étages, 3 salles de bain, 3 toilettes

-Une cuisine-salle à manger avec un canapé 

- Baie vitrée pour prendre le soleil ☀️

- Petit espace exterieur avec une table de jardin pour de belles soirées d'été, des repas à l'extérieur ou bien des belles séances de travail

- 2 mois de garantie locative si bail de +de 6 mois, sinon 1 mois

I’m leaving my room in a very nice shared house on the 1/02 and consequently I’m looking for soemone to rent it. The house is located near the subway Saint-Guidon (15min from the center of Brussels)

We’re looking for people who are 18-24 years old: students, trainees, Erasmus etc, for a lease that would begin on the 1/02 until the 15/08 minimum (you can stay longer).
