It is a Stalinbau in 2nd row directly at the U-BHF Weberwiese. The room has a very large and cozy kitchen including built-in appliances (washing machine and dishwasher), a huge hall which can also be used to stay, a half dressing room including Pax closet and a bathroom.

The room is about 17 square meters. It is furnished with a desk and (if required) with a bed. In the best case, you should already be in your professional life, have a good understanding of the rules, have respect for the household, have life experience and be Emphatic. If you are between the ages of 25-40, get fit in the stairs, and the rest are up to you, you have the chance to get a room in a chic apartment in the best area of all of F-Hain. It is worth it!

To my person: I am 37 and currently work in Leipzig. Since my wife and daughter are not in Berlin, I have opted for this variant of subletting. We are often in Berlin on weekends because my whole family is from Berlin. Caution: Urberliner !!! I specified it for a limited time because I have used this model for 1 year.
