Very well located, near everything: Parque Ciutalella; 2 comercial centers (Glories and Icária); public libraries, 1 km from the beach and 2 subways stops from Plaza Catalunya.

Transportation: 2 Metro stations:  on the corner L1-red (Marina) and just a few minutes walking L4-yellow (Bogatell).  Also you have tran vía, buses and bicing.

All the apartament is reformed with new furniture. There are 3 dormitories with privacy, they are far from each other.

All is ample, the kitchen very well equiped with table, the living room with a TV,DVD, big screen and dinner room. There are also a sunny balcony with table.
