The building is situated in Carrer del Carme,40 08001 Barcelona it is very well located, in a centric neighbourhood and very near from public transport, Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, the sea... It was build on 1890 but we reformed the flats in 2012
We offer rooms in one remodeled flat (2012) for university students.
We have and had many different nationalities in flats this year (Deutschland, Mauritius, USA, Belgium, Netherland, Italy, Spain, UK, Denmark...) All of them are having a nice experience here.
