Recently renovated and super-comfortable 55sqm apartment on the 4th floor of a well-organized and tidy building, located at the center of Exarchia, Athens. Offering two rooms with a double bed, and one private living-room each, a kitchen, a bathroom, a desk and a front-view balcony, the apartment is ideal for families, friends and traveling groups of up to 5 persons. 

The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 15-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while Omonia metro station is only 3-minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops, around the apartment, are also at hand to ease your transportation all around the city.
