Hi there! :) There is a single room available for an Erasmus student (preferably English or French speaker). The flat is located in "La Macarena", a popular and historical neighborhood of Seville. It is 5 minutes walking to shops, tapas bars, supermarkets; and next to bus stops. Faculties such as: journalism, medicine, odontology and ingeenering are also near the flat.The price of the room is 200 € per month, bills not included. Two male Spanish students are already living there, and they are looking for someone who is respectful. If you are interested in the room, just contact me.

We are two Spanish boys and we have a free room starting in September. We are students, and we would like to share the flat with an exchange student, Erasmus or other programs. We look for a good, responsible but fun and interesting with which to share experiences and so all have the chance to practice another language. It is a single room with own window on inner courtyard. The flat has a living room with TV, air conditioning, WIFI in the entire house, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and a small patio. The apartment is located in a prime location between Place de la Encarnación and Alameda, Alfalfa etc..
