Hello!

I would like to tell you something. If you are going to study to Perugia, i prefer NOT
to rent anything from accommodation agency called HABITAT. (Owner is Tania Interno).
We rented our apartment from them for September 2010, when we were studying italian language in Perugia.
Before going to Perugia Habitat asked from us 170euros (for gas, electry, water) and 60e (agency payment) by Western Union.
They told us, that when we will leave from Perugia, we will get that 170e back - the costs of gas, electry, water (Owner of the Habitat told me that costs will be about 80e).
My friends told me, that they paid about 30e / month.

So, we paid 400e from the rent, 60e for the agency and 170e for the gas etc. So together for living in Perugia for ONE month we paid 630e (me and my one friend).
We left from Perugia the end of September and asked our money back from Habitat. But they told that the costs will be 170e for one month! So they stoled our money, around 100 euros!
No one wont pay 170e / month from gas, electry etc...!

So if you don't want to pay too much of living in Perugia, do not rent anything from Habitat! They have lied about the costs.
Still, we are waiting our money back, but i think we won't get it back never...

So just be careful if you don't want to pay so much about living!
And always ask documents from the costs of gas, electry, water! They have to show the documents from those!
For us, they didn't show anything and they still can't tell us, why the costs are 170e...

I hope, that no one else won't have this kind of problems in Perugia!

Thanks for your answer! I found another appartment on the website. Habitat also offers appartments on this webpage and so I was not sure if this is the best site.
