Hi! I'm Annika!
I am italian (but I study maths in Berlin) and I'm going to study from september until somewhen next year at the IST in Lisbon..
I've started looking for a room on the net but I'd prefer to choose it once there...I think I sure will contact some of you when I arrive :)
To the PORTUGUESE/already living there guys: do you think it's better to look for a room near the IST (but not SO close to the centre) or in the more central part of the city (baixa, chiado..) and then walk a bit to reach the university? is it far away or a "walkable" distance (to get to the university every day or, in the other case, to go out in the night) ? :D
