24 year old Swiss Boy looking for a room in a flatshare with 2 to 3 other students in central Warsaw close to Warsaw University

I'm a law student in the final stage of my masters. I like to party, but studdy sometimes too, i do a lot of sports, i'm reasonably clean without being anal. I've been living in a house shared with 4 other studens (boys and girls) for the last four years. I'm open and friendly and i speak french, german, eglish and spanish (and hopefully soon polish too!).

I'm looking for a spacious room in a modern flat in the center of Warsaw, if possible in a cool artsy and young district close to Warsaw University. It's essential for me to have a shared living room and if possible a balconey.
