Room to rent from February

Hi! I'm a mentor of four Erasmus students who live in a flat on Syrokomli 21. Two of them will have left to their countries till the beginning of February so from then on one of the rooms is free! The room is perfect for 2 ppl! The room is 18 sq meters and the whole flat is 120 sq meters. It has: 2 bedrooms (with 2 beds each, wardrobes, bookshelves), 2 bathrooms (one of them has a jacuzzi bath, the other one a shower), a huge salon with a fireplace, a brilliant kitchen (fully equipped, with a dishwasher, induction cooktop and all other kitchen stuff), a garden, a parking place. The flat is obviously fully furnished and really comfy to live in. The rent is more or less 200 euro/month per person in total. If you are interested contact me for details!

- 20 minutes away from Warsaw University

- 20 minutes away from Kozminski University

- 30 minutes away from Warsaw School of Economics

- 25 minutes away from Warsaw University of Technology

There is an Internet connection which is included in the approx. rent.

Hi,
I am Kerem, age 23, student in Istanbul and will be starting my Erasmus program in Wyzsza Szkola Techniczno-Ekonomiczna w Warszawie (Higher School of Technology and Economics in Warsaw) on March 2012.
I will be in Warsaw from end of February till end of June and am interested in sharing this flat. Please let me know about the current status.
