I would recommend to go to Warsaw ,it is a little bit cold during winter but good opportunity to study for students.

one of the Cheapest capitals I have been to even if you go out offen and stay in a flat you wil l not spend more than 1.500 zloty (app.400 euro)

no there are web-sites who people share informations and generally they speak English it is easy in Warsaw and in poland

typical northern cuisine nothing special but try to drink zubrowka :)

there are some foreign restaurant you can go there and spend good time which are located near central and old old town

Warsaw is a party city everyday you can go out .One of best eastern european capitals for clubbing there are really good clubs

just go by exchange and enjoy spending time in warsaw, you will not regret :)
