nanny/baby sitter

i am looking for a baby, 06 hours a day, 5 days a week. i have two boys, one six year of age and other 3 year of age. they are very friendly and cooperative, i want some ne to look after them when i m in office. they want some one to play wit them, take them outside, teach them swiming and read to them. i prefer english speakig person and definetly non smoker
