What is it like to live in Vilnius? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Probably, Vilnius and Lithuania seems similar to the other West European countries, maybe less sunny but still good weather, stunning architecture and small streets around the corner. Crowded and lots of people, and markets are open day to day until 22 - 23 o'clock way much more better in France.

What is the student lifestyle like in Vilnius?

As everybody could know students are doing the same daily business as students around the world: studies, work, parties. There is nothing more than I could ever say and imagine.

How much does it cost to live in Vilnius?

The price of living - adorable, if you come from West European countries I could say that you are very rich, why? Because life in Vilnius depending on euro zone is so cheap, beer almost cost 2 euros in restaurants, pubs and the same beer in France is 5 euro, the flat in the middle of "centre ville" cost only 250 euros per month, than the same place in France - 500 euros or more. Public transport - 5 euro per month for every student, so why not Vilnius?

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Vilnius? Is there any advice you can give?

Accomodation is easy to find, just go on the Internet and search for it, because in every country or city this is working like that.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

If you really like potatoes, beer and other national dishes made from potatoes, come to Vilnius. Of course, you have to try the PINK SOUp (Lithuanian phenomenal food).

What places would you recommend visiting in Vilnius?

Almost everything you have to visit, go to "centre ville" ( I am saying that it is easy to have some kind of view of central place Vilnius), the cathedral square, small streets and corners with pubs and clubs.

Is it good to eat out in Vilnius? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Go out and eat because immediately you could find everything what you really want, the demand is huge.

Is the nightlife good in Vilnius? Where is good to go?

If you really want RAVE - come to Vilnius. I have never heard or see so much Techno, Electronic music than here, when I came back from France I realised that I missed it so much and immediately I was trying to kiss all the DJ, however if you want a real good party till 8-9 o'clock in the morning when conversation goes on and on, people are coming and going crazy you have to visit Vilnius and also you have to visit:

What advice would you give future students heading to Vilnius?

AS long as I know myself I need to travel and if I didn't be somebody else or came from Vilnius I would say that probably my destination point will be Vilnius, in the other hand we have only one life, we are young, so there is no problem to go further as soon as possible.
