27 year old girl student looking for accommodation in Vienna

I am a 27 years old Mexican, currently studying my LLM program in International Legal Studies at the University of Vienna. I have being living in Vienna since October 2015. I really enjoy living in this city. I love walking in the city center and reading books in the city parks. I love photography and cooking healthy food. I am really in love with Vienna and I hope is possible to find an accommodation for my missing three months.

I had an agreement with OEAD Housing for one year. However, I am looking for a different accommodation because they are fully booked for the months of October, November and December 2016.

I would like to stay in Vienna to finish my Master Thesis until December 2016 and my accomodation ends in September 2016. Therefore, I need an accommodation for thoe three missing months. I would prefer something near to a metro station so I can move easily and quickly. We are willing to pay up to 700 euros per month. 

I normally study all day long at the University.I am here with my boyfriend who will also stay that period of time in Vienna as well. His name is Ernesto and he is studying an MA in Marketing at Webster University. We are both working part-time as well.

I am working in a law firm near Stubentor and he is working at Webster University at the same time he is studying.  We are both very responsible and well organized. We are at home only during night because we leave very early to study and work. We are very friendly and relaxed. We can accommodate and adjust to our landlord's neccesities and requests. We hope to find a quick response since we have little time to plan and find a suitable place.
