20/21 yo boys looking for accommodation in Vienna

Me and my friend are coming in Vienna to study from August 2015. I will study in TU Wien and him in Uni Wien.
We are desperately looking for a flat, apartment, dorm, whatever it is from August 2015 all it has to be is clean, furnished and with interent access. 
We would like to be kind of in the middle of our Universities not more far than 25 min.

We both come from Kosovo and are very artisitic guys even tho I study Math. We are really clean as so we need a very clean enviroment. Really easy to hang out and so much fun. We want to have fun in our free time and travel. But we are mostly concentrated in our studies.
