24 year old English chap looking for accommodation in Utrecht for the academic year.

I am a 24 year old boy from England, although I have been living and working in southern Spain for the past year and a half. There I was working as an English teacher for young children and am hopeful to find work in this field when I am in The Netherlands as well.
I am moving to Utrecht to study a BA in History. My interests include rock climbing, playing the guitar, going to the gym, yoga and slacklining.
In terms of accommodation, I am looking for somewhere reasonably priced (no more than 400 euros per month) and that is close enough to the city centre so as not to become bothersome.
I am open to living in shared accommodation but would also be happy to live alone. I am a very easy-going guy and am incredibly easy to get on with.
