Looking for private bedroom/shared house or studio

Hello,

My name is Andries and i will be doing research at TWMU for 7-9 months and i'm looking for a place to stay during my research starting half september.

I get along with almost anybody, however i would prefer a place with at least a private bedroom in a shared house or studio, however a dormitary would also be perfectly fine.

I adapt quick to new situations and i speak fluent english. I can understand some basic japanese, however replying or reading in japanese is still hard for me, although i'm willing to learn and will use my summer to study up a bit.

I don't smoke and dont go out partying much (will be busy most of the days anyway), but would like a place that allows me to have friends or girlfriend stay over every now and then. 

TWMY is located near shinjuku station, so i'm looking for a place to stay within 30 minutes of shinjuku.

I have been living on my own for 4 years so i can cook and take care of the house chores. In case of shared living i would love to have dinner together or grab a drink sometime and get to know eachother.

Hope to be able to stay in tokyo starting half september.
