Country Manager Deputy internship in start-up

As a new start-up photo booth company active in the event industry, we're looking for a highly motivated native Swedish with strong skills in Sales.
Our company, Sharingbox, is the worldwide leading company in the photo booth industry. We offer a high performing marketing tool via unique photo experience. Mostly focused on B2B, brands can collect data, increase their social media footprint, engage their clients, increase traffic and conversion, ...With a photo booth 100% designed and manufactured in Western Europe, we have built a very strong technology 100% made in Europe.Implanted in 20 countries with more than 100 employees worldwide, we are launching our operations in Sweden. 

The job:

As a deputy of the Country Manager, you'll be a key element to the organization from actively prospecting new clients (cold calling, networking,...) to helping on social media communication through supporting all tasks that may come up in regards to the operation needs.This is a key role in the organization at a very early stage of the company.

We are looking for someone:

- who likes prospecting, selling and negotiate. You'll have an impact on social media communication and other tasks but your main objective will be to sign new clients so we can bring joy and fun to as many people as we can

- extroverted: you like connecting with people on and outside of events

- hardworking: you're ready to help on weekends and evenings when we're having an event

- fun, you like going out? We're in the event industry so it can be a lot of fun if you do!

- smart and autonomous: we are a brand new start-up and want someone that can bring their personality and ideas

- Swedish: you'll be part of a team of non-Swedes and we're definitely looking for someone that can help us adapt the concept to Sweden... and what's better than a Swede to do that?

- Fluent in English: it's the working language inside the company.

The organization is very flat and the culture of the company is not hierarchical at all. You'll have a major impact and be highly encouraged to speak your mind, take initiative and be creative. You'll be supported in your day-to-day needs however and whenever is necessary, we are a very collaborative organization and we want someone that will act like it's their own company. We don't want a clone of ourselves, we want someone that can bring their own energy and motivation, their own ideas and help us making sharingbox the number 1 photo booth in Sweden in a near future!

Conditions

Full-time internship to start in November or December. (if you're an independent worker and think there is a match, just drop us a line and we'll figure out what we can do together)

Duration: longer is better but at least 6 months.

Office in Stockholm in a cool coworking space.

Salary: to be discussed.
