Sweden
Stockholm and its region has a lot of nature (lakes, islands, forest, fields), good public transportation and many cultural institutions and events. Sweden and Swedes are very organized (stay in queue no matter what, a lot of official paperwork... ). Winter is dark (2h of daylight at the worst) and summer bright (no darkness at all at the end of June) and there is no blinds in the windows...
The main problem is the cost of life rather high and the lack of available accommodation: 6 month waiting list minimum for students accommodation, years of waiting list for a first hand rented flat and many scams (and creepy landlords).
