Project Assosiate in Sofia on Temp basis

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person(s) who speaks very good English and Bulgarian to support opening our office in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our client is going to open a virtual office operation and we will need help with setting the office up since the beginning till its fully functional and operational.  Of course, these people will hopefully stay with us and become the full time managers of the company after it grows to expected level.

Job at the beginning will cover wide variety of activities including but not limited to: help with finding the right location, identify one or two other part time people who can help, mail handling, accounting, communication with public offices in Sofia (this one is not too extensive), communication with clients (in local language and English), and any activities needed for successfully running the operation.  It is at this point difficult to describe all the relevant activities specifically and in detail as it would be a startup operation and the person should be interested and keen to operate in such environment.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can work on part-time basis and would eventually (within about 12 months) be able to dedicate full time to our operation.

The key skills are:

Excellent communication in both English and Bulgarian (any other language is a benefit)

Some knowledge of the local law is an advantage (but not necessary)

Accounting knowledge is an advantage

Skilled to work with computer

Good reporting skills

 

What we’re looking for:

Dedicated, generally skilled and reliable person

 

Start of the job: approximately May 10

Time dedication: First 3 months 2hs/day (each working day).

Month 3-6: 4hs/day

Month 6-12: 6hs/day

Month 12 on: full time.

It is possible that if things are done well and in that case the time to full time may be faster.

 

Until this job becomes full time, it will be compensated by hours worked.

The job can be temporary or permanent - We would consider even someone who could help us for the first 6 months but would prefer someone who could stay with us longer.
