Generally, what is Siauliai College like?
Siauliai State College is great place for students. Management always improves interior and exterior to make the college more attractive and enjoyable for it's student to spent time there. The staff is always nice, you can have a nice casual chat even with the vice-dean. Student Association is doing great job, especially if yo are foreigner, they will not leave you to get bored. I am giving huge plus to this institution, highly recommended.
