  My name is Luisa, i am a designer and I looking for a flat mate for share a nice flat in the center town. The room to rent is bright and got a nice balcony. The apartment is located in a typical Sevillian house. I share my house already with a beautiful and cool puppy so the candidate must like the dog. I prefer a international student but  i do not mind nacionalities.

   The house is nice,  all the building it share  with 2 neighbors more and it got a very  nice terrace on the top floor for the community which is Nice for this time of the year. I do not mind short stays (minimum 2 month).

   The candidate must be polite, clean and with positive mind.
