Para cuánto tiempo estarías interesada en la habitación? Yo la alquilo para los meses de septiembre a junio incluidos.
Las 2 fotos de habitaciones adjuntas corresponden a las habitaciones grandes.

Se alquilan 4 habitaciones en un piso compartido totalmente equipado (frigorífico, lavadora, horno, microondas, plancha, tv...) y amueblado.
Tiene 2 baños nuevos y terraza. Exterior y muy iluminado.
Situado a 10 mins andando de Económicas, Derecho, Psicología, Relac. Laborales, Turismo...y a un paso de las líneas de buses 25,26 y 2. Servicio de bici a 50m.

Alquilo habitación en la Gran Plaza durante 6 MESES (De septiembre a Febrero)
La habitación es la más grande y amplia de las cuatro habitaciones que tiene la casa y cuesta 200€ al mes e incluye el agua (a parte la luz). Esta habitación tiene dos camas (una con ruedas debajo de la cama principal), un armario muy grande, mesa extensa, estantería, aire acondicionado (hay aire en esta habitación y en el salón de la casa), un balcón de tres metros de ancho sólo para esta habitación, etc.
La casa se encuentra ubicada en la Gran Plaza (Sevilla) a cinco minutos de Nervión y 10 minutos de las facultades de Empresariales, Psicología, Derecho... de San Bernardo. También es importante destacar que tiene una boca de metro a dos minutos, para ir a la Universidad Pablo de Olavide en diez minutos. Es importante también decir que no es un piso, sino una casa, es decir, tiene una entradita donde poder dejar la bici, la primera planta con las habitaciones, cocina (muy completa, vitrocerámica, horno, tostadora, etc.), salón y cuarto de baño, y en la segunda planta una amplia azotea para los inquilinos sólo, pues al ser una casa no se comparte con nadie ni hay que pagar comunidad y la casa no tiene vecinos.

Hi, we are Spanish students of architecture engineering. We are looking for two flat mates for our apartment located in the beautiful neighborhood of TRIANA. Really good location cause is closed to “Plaza de Armas”, “Calle Betis” and historical centre.
The communication of the apartment is also very good as it is connected to areas of “La Cartuja”, “Reina Mercedes” and the historical center with bus lines c1, c2, 6, 43, 5 and even a bike station is also accessible (SEBICI)
The apartment is quite nice and big, perfect for students. The rooms are also bigs, with double bed both of them. The prize of the room is 310e per month (community fees and water included).
We’ve been Erasmus students in Rome last year, so… It would be really great to live with Erasmus people again. If u want to know more about the apartment don’t hesitate to contact us!!! We’ll be pleased to help you anything you need!!! ;)
