Student looking for a room close to the city centre

My name is Pedro Bonilla and this year I'm going to study in Codarts during my Erasmus grant. I come from Spain. I play the cello and I'm looking for a nice room close to the Central Station and of course close to Codarts too. My total budget is around 500 . I'm in Rotterdam , (I arrived yesterday) and I'm going to stay until June, so I would stay for 10 months. For me the possibility of play an instrument is very important (because I'm studying and I need to practise) but we could find a reasonable timetable and a succesful agreement of course.I
I'm very open minded, and I have no problems living with people of the opposite sex. I'm very friendly, clean, tidy and I like to do things together.
I'm a little bit desperete to find something, so please don't hesitate if you can help me because I will be greatful!
