Hello! I'm currently staying at a single bedroom in an apartment next to the Termini and I'm thinking of moving out because I found a friend who is willing to share a double room with me at a different place. Therefore I'm helping my current landlord find a new tenant to replace me.

Some details:

Address: 34 Via Filippo Turati
Rent: 470 Euros/month, does not include gas but includes all other utilities and wifi
Deposit: 1000 Euros that will be returned at the end of your stay.
Room Type: Single Room

The apartment is super close to the Termini (you can google maps the address) and currently is inhibited by 3 other guys. All Erasmus. 1 from Denmark, 1 from Sweden, and another from Spain. The apartment also has a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

The room itself is pretty small but unless you are bringing friends over, it is pretty cosy. The landlord does not speak much English but give him a few days and he will reply your email.

Last thing to note: you can move in anytime, but I've already paid the rent for the month of September, so if you move in somewhere in September, I would ask that you split a small portion of the rent with me.
