Looking for accomodation for two

We are 2 people, looking for a place to stay in the center of Reykjavik from 20. August - 30. September. I will be there for an internship in the national university library and my mom is coming with me just to travel and visit iceland. We are looking for an apartment or something like that. We can also share a room if necessary.
