What is it like to live in Rennes? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Rennes is really pleasant to live in. I ever live here, it's a student city, lots of people and so many parties possibilities.

What is the student lifestyle like in Rennes?

Study, shopping, bars... everything is concentrated in the center of the city.

How much does it cost to live in Rennes?

Accommodation is a little expensive, otherwise it's accessible.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Rennes? Is there any advice you can give?

There are many ways to find accommodation: directly with the landlord on "Leboncoin" or with property center as "Blot", "Giboire"...

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

There are a lot of restaurants, fast food... "Crêpes" are typically traditional in Bretagne.

What places would you recommend visiting in Rennes?

  • "La Rue de la Ssoif",
  • The Thabor park,
  • Le Parlement,
  • And the great market place "Le marché des Lices".

Is it good to eat out in Rennes? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Is the nightlife good in Rennes? Where is good to go?

Really good there are a lot of nightclubs :

  • L'Espace,
  • Le Pym's,
  • The Gatsby
  • The bar Le Zola, really good vibes.

What advice would you give future students heading to Rennes?

Take an accommodation in the center of the city! Everything is concentrated in.
