We are seeking mystery shoppers in your area for Clothing Stores, Footwear Stores, Convenience stores and more.

As a mystery shopper, you will evaluate and make detailed observations on your customer experience, such as service levels, staff activity, selling skills, fitting room service, cleanliness, etc on a questionnaire that we provide to you.

You will need:

■        Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills

■        Excellent memory

■        Enthusiastic, well presented and reliable

■        Experience in retail or customer service is a bonus.

■        High level communication skills

■        Good organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously

■        Intermediate computer skills and regular access to Internet and a mobile phone

■        Smartphone, iPad/tablet
