Hi, I'm renting a room in a T2 apartment located in the center of Oporto, 50 mts from the Marques subway station wich has direct lines with the main universities (Economy, Engineering, etc.) in the city. It is also close to bus and taxies stops. The apartement has 2 rooms, one is ocupied by me (male, 28, professional) and the other one is the one for rent. The apartment is in excelent condition, in an well preserved building. It has an completly equiped kitchen with refrigerator, gas oven, electric oven, and microwave oven, a frezer, and other small utilities. The living room has sofas, TV, and diner table. The apartament also has washing machine and cloth hanger. The room for rent is quite large with a 3 door closet, and is furnitured with a wooden bunk (a bed in top of another, that can be transformed in two beds if you wish so), a large desk, and a carpet. I have preference for Erasmus students, as I don't intend to rent for a long period. I also prefer rent to girls. The room is prepared to be rented by 2, and so the cost is to be split by 2 (120€ each) and already includes internet, cable TV, water consumption, electricity and gas.
