Hi everyone! I'm renting a double room to girl students! The room has 2 beds, chairs, a sofa, cable tv (loads of international channels), wireless internet, desks/table, built-in closet among other stuff. The house is a nice size, has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, a large living/dinning room, a nice sized kitchen and a terrace with lots of sunlight!

The house is 5/10min away from Hospital S.João, a lot of universities (in the title) and the metro station, and around 20 min away from the city center and has bus stops near by, small markets and a very nice garden with swimming pool, tenis court and other things :) (the smaller pictures are from the garden and pool)

The price is 150 euros each person, water and electricity included and also internet, and cable tv is included and available in the room! We have bed clothes and other basic stuff available too and you can use the whole house on a daily basis minus the other bedrooms obviously :P

We are looking for girls that are nice, respectful, clean, quiet and easygoing! I consider myself all these things and would be nice if we were all friends!

I love to party but it's not going to be possible to have a lot of those in the house, but I go out at night every weekend and love to walk around Porto, shopping, going to parks and exhibits so if you like those things we can do them together and I will show you around and help you with anything you need :)

PS: Has to like pets - we own cats! :)
