Hi everyone!

I am renting a double room to girl students! The room is pretty big and is going to have 2 beds, a table, chairs, a sofa, tv, desk, built-in closet among other stuff. The house is pretty big. Has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, a large room that is a living and a dinning room, a nice sized kitchen and a terrace with lots of sunlight!

The house is 5/10min away from Hospital S.João /Pólo Universitário and the metro station, and around 20 min away from the city center and has bus stops near by.

The price is 150 euros each person, water and electricity included (within reasonable amounts) and also internet, and cable tv is included. The reason why we limit water and electricity is to avoid unecessary waste, because people tend to let water running, lights and tv on for long periods, when not using it, if there aren't limits, so I hope you understand that.
Everything above the limit is divided :)

Preferences: Girls that are nice, respectful, clean and fun! I consider myself all these things and would be nice if we were all friends! I love to party but it's not going to be possible to have a lot of those in the house, but I go out at night every weekend and love to walk around Porto, shopping, going to parks and exhibits so if you like those things we can do them together and I will show you around :)
