25 Year old, student, looking for a accommodation in Paris

I'm looking for an accomodation with a private room for myself. It would be nice to have a kitchen in the apartment. It is not really important do I live with male/female roommates, but I would prefer to have less than 3 roommates. It is importatnt for me that the apartment allows visits from friends (ofcourse just a few days).
