25 year old Male, English Teacher looking for accommodation in Paris

Hey there, 25 year old English teacher here. I have just accepted a job working at an after school English school mixed with part time childcare in Paris, and I'm now looking for somewhere to stay.

I'm a big fan of Paris and come back often, now is the time to stop playing and start living. I'm currently learning French and it would be great to immerse myself in the language and French culture... Plus, if you're looking to brush up on your English, I'd be more than happy to help.

Love films, music and everything 'cute' - once upon a time, I used to make Deco cases. I'm respectful of people's spaces, clean and pretty quiet. I'm also quite good in the kitchen. I'm not a smoker, but don't have a problem with people that do.

I will be in Paris from 28/07 and have a 10 month contract until July 2016. I do plan on staying longer, but will play this by ear. My ideal budget is between 300 and 450 Euros. Anything else, send me a message and I'll be glad to answer any questions/provide more information.
