23yo male linguist looking for a place in Paris for ERASMUS year Sept 2015

Confident young adult ideally looking for my own place but willing to share if the price is right and we are able to get on.  I enjoy nights in as well as nights out whilst keeping disruption to room-mates and neighbours to a minumum.  Currently studying French & Spanish at Heriot Watt in Edinburgh and hoping to spend 6months in Paris & Barcelona either side of Chirstmas 2015.  

  I'll say it just now, if it's cold, the heating WILL BE ON! 

Don't have time for saving money and freezing to death! 

Most of the time i keep myself to myself but if we get on then we can crack open the beers and get the FIFA on the go.  

I'm a bit of a clean freak also, so toilets, kitchen and living areas will be tidied and i expect the housework to be shared equally.

I'm dynamite in the kitchen and make the best fillet steak and chips ever!

All-in-all, you can't lose with me!
