23 yr old female looking for a friendly flat in Padua!

Hi everyone! 
My name is Laura and I am a 23 year old female from Canada. I am coming to Padua to complete my Masters in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance. I am looking for a shared flat near the university, and would preferably like a single room. I do not yet speak any Italian but I will be learning it as it is a part of my program. 
Now to tell you a bit about myself.. I enjoy all things active, I love to run and play soccer. I am a great cook and am also a vegetarian -- so having a place with a pretty good kitchen is important to me! I am very very clean and enjoy making a place beautiful. Having a flat that has a garden would be total bonus! I am serious about studying but also love to go dancing and visit bars. I recenty spent two years living in Munich, Germany where I lived in an International flat -- which I loved! I hope to find a fun atmosphere like that again!
