Hi,
I'm a student from Warsaw. I study applied linguistics, I've just finished my second year. I'm coming to Padua for the first semester and I'm looking forward to meeting you all!
Do you know if we have to somehow register for the courses we chose in our learning agreements? I can't find any information on the Unipd website.

Also, are any of you having a hard time finding a single room for the first semester? I'm looking for it for over a month now and still nothing. Unfortunately I didn't get a place in any of the halls of residence. Do you have any tips for me? How did you manage to find accommodation? Or maybe there is someone on this forum who is leaving Padua and would like to get in touch?

Hi everyone.
I'm a student from the United Kingdom, who alongside a friend will be studying at the faculty of economics. I am currently looking for a two bedroom flat and was hoping someone could help/advise us. We applied for the Sassa accommodation but sadly where not given a room and are having great difficulty in getting ourselves a flat, as we both do not speak italian besides "ciao". Which I've been told will not get us far. Anyways, pulling my hair out here as I am planning to fly out in less than a month to Padua but have no where to stay. :(

i'm marwan zaher , from egypt , i will be studying landscape architecture in padua all the year long , will be there in about just 3 weeks ... Looking forward this year and knowing people from all around the world.
i can speak french and italian as weel , of course not so good but i can handle my first monthes till i perfectly use the italian one :D .
i'll be staying in goito residence offerd by sassa.

Hi Paulina and Haajira,
I also didn't get a room from Sassa and I haven't found accomodation yet as well. I really don't get how it is possible that Erasmus student don't get a place from university. :-\ Moreover, anybody who offer accomodation wants sudents for whole year not just till February. :-( Nevertheless, I still believe we will find some place :-) If you know about some websites with offers, please share with me :-)

I'm studying Business & Consumer scienc (?!),don't know if you can translate it to english, in the Netherlands and im going for the second semester to Padova.
Who else is going the second semester? :D
Is there also somebody who is going to study at the School of Economics and Political Science? If so, do you understand how the semesters are organized? Because there is an first and second semester but also an first, second and third semester. Kinda confusing.

I would like to find a job for 2016 (September to February) but I do not speak Italian (I'm learning now).
Do you know a useful website where I could find a job ? Or a company that hires a French and English speaking ?
