About this Role
We are looking for a results driven Sales Associate to join our team in our central office in Murcia. Our company name is Leadstuidos. You will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through to closing a sale. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client’s expectations. You will have access to some of our initiative sales methods which will make your job a lot easier, and will offer you the freedom to come up with marketing strategies and execute them and learn from the process. This is a fast paced environment, but all the same a relaxed one.
This intership is initially for 3 months UNPAID trial period, with a very large possibility of full-time work after
Responsibilities
- ·Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- ·Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- ·“Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- ·Actively seek out new methods to gain more customers.
- ·Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- ·Cross sell / up sell our products
- ·Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- ·Build productive trust relationships with customers
- ·Reach monthly goals
Requirements
- Proven working experience as sales associate or with a natural ability to work in this area.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- VERY HIGH Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of achieving sales quota / or achieving goals
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
